In addition to the Tyrol Tour bus service, we also offer day trips to the most beautiful places that Tyrol has to offer. Here is a small overview of the many possibilities in our region.

Achensee

Rail nostalgia with the oldest steam-powered rack railroad locomotive in the world. The Achensee Railway has its starting point at Jenbach station, which is one of the rare 3-gauge stations. 3 different transport companies with three different types of traction and three different gauges meet here: The Achenseebahn with meter gauge, the Austrian Federal Railways with standard gauge (1.435m) and the Zillertalbahn with its gauge of 760mm.

Innsbruck

Innsbruck the capital of Tyrol is always worth a visit. The city in the heart of the Alps has twice hosted the Olympic Games and offers numerous sights. The golden roof, the black mander in the Hofkirche, the Hofburg and Ambras Castle stand for the Habsburgs, forward-looking examples of today's work are the BTV City Forum by Heinz Tesar or the ski jump on the Bergisel by Zaha Hadid.

Stift Stams

Well-known Cistercian monastery in a baroque representative building. The monastery is worth a visit not only because of its baroque architecture, but also because of the regular concerts and church services that you can attend. Life in the monastery is an attempt to look behind the facade behind which we like to hide. It is an attempt to live in a balanced relationship between prayer, work and leisure, a life that puts God at the center of its existence, in order to be able to find oneself completely.
